THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (the user) AND MDNETX (the company)
This decision is yours to make. If we are in disagreement, you do not have to visit our Site. You do not have to register and procure our services. We will be sorry to see you go, but we will understand your choice to opt out of our Site and services.
Like most website operators, MDNetX collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. MDNetX’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how MDNetX’s visitors use its website. MDNetX also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on MDNetX blogs.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to MDNetX’s websites choose to interact with MDNetX in ways that require MDNetX to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that MDNetX gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with MDNetX may be asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process transactions. In each case, MDNetX collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with MDNetX. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
MDNetX may compile statistical information concerning the usage of the Site. This information allows MDNetX to monitor the Site’s utilization and continuously improve its quality. MDNetX also uses this information to prepare collective profiles of visitors’ activities for management and internal use. In compiling this information, MDNetX may collect and store this information on a non-secure server. Examples of this information would include, but not be limited to, the number of visitors to the Site, or to sections or pages within the Site, patterns of traffic flowing through the Site, length of time spent on the Site, the pages of the Site that visitors frequently use as entry and exit points, your IP address, your operating system version, your browser version, the pages you visit within the Site, the length of time you spend on pages within the Site, number of visits, the site from which you linked to ours, search terms you used in search engines which resulted in you linking to the Site, etc. MDNetX may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, MDNetX does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.
